Less than two days after being released by the Oakland Raiders, CB DeAngelo Hall is coming back east to finish the year with the Washington Redskins.

Even though he underperformed in Oakland, that is the black hole of the NFL where people go to be forgotten. He now gets to play in a competitive division with a chance to make the post-season, and I expect him to play with a new found energy.

According to Adam Schefter of NFL.com, Hall chose Washington over New England and Pittsburgh to be closer to home, as he was born and raised in Virginia and played college ball at Virginia Tech.
